1. Develop and implement sales & marketing plans, strategies and programs for assigned regions & customers, to ensure to achieve the organization's short and long-term business goals and profit objectives.
2. Oversee all aspects of customer relationship and sales cycle with assigned customer - from lead identification and development, through proposal generation and negotiation, and relationship management.

1. Bachelor at International trading / Business English.
2. At least 3 years experience in export sales, marketing or business development, familiar with export documentation & process, preferably have consumer electronics or automotive industry background.
3. Good knowledge of market environments, business practices and cultures in Global Market.
4. CET 6 or above, proficient at reading and writing and good at listening and speaking.

Foreign Trade Merchandiser

1. Understand the clients features for proper communication and products promoting etc. daily work.
2. Under the instruction of company’s PO process to confirm client’s PO request, make PI, confirm payment and release production contract to suppliers, work with logistic team for shipment arrangement.
3. Organize and collect the clients sales conditions, update the PI status, shipment, payment, stock data information weekly.

1. 2 years or above export trading working experience, very familiar with the export operating process. 
2. Have the ability to make all export needed paper works accurately and effectively. Detail oriented person, responsible, good at communication and can express himself / herself well.
3. CET 6 or above, proficient at reading and writing and good at listening and speaking.

Domestic sales staff

1. Coordinate with Sales & Factory Production Manager to achieve sales budget in the assigned regions and customers.
2. Identify market needs and development, including conduct of market surveys, to develop new business opportunities and attract new business accounts.

1. At least 2 year working experience in sales or marketing field.
2. Aggressive and out-going.
3. Strong business acumen and analytical skills.
4. Commendable interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.

HR & Admin Specialist

1. Experience and appreciation of working in a domestic manufacturing environment.
2. Handle clients products complaint professionally and timely, lead the related department to give a satisfied feedback to client about compliant. 
3. Assist other colleagues or other departments work if needed.

1. Bachelor at HR & Admin.
2. At least 2 years experience in HR & Admin.
3. Steadfast attitude, willing to work & learn hard.
4. Good computer skill and technical understanding ability.

Graphic Designer

1

1. Handle the company's product image processing, PPTManual, including posters, such as new product promotion and market planning design work. 
2. Responsible for the company's web site web design, website optimization and maintenance.

1. College degree or above at art, graphic design.
2. At least 2 year working experience in advertisements, posters, brochures, packaging, web page design.
3. Familiar with Photoshop, Coreldraw, Flash and other design software.
4. Active thinking, creative, a strong sense of responsibility.
